Chloe started practicing yoga in 2015 in an attempt to ease lower back pain. As her back began to ease, her general body awareness improved as well as feeling calmer consequently she started practicing yoga regularly, taking classes at her local studio. Chloe received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teaching certification through Kranti Yoga in Goa, India. She now looks forward to sharing the healing she experienced through yoga with her students. As a teacher, Chloe is kind and welcoming, warm and friendly. She grounds students in an ongoing awareness of breath while guiding them through poses with clear directions, demonstrations, and hands-on adjustments. When teaching, she hopes for her students to find physical, mental and spiritual balance, providing them with a practice that they can embody in their daily lives on and off the mat. Gently spiritual in her style, she provides a physical workout that students of all levels can easily modify.
