Joanna started her journey into the world of alternative therapies by becoming a massage therapist in 2005. Over the years she has realised that the key to happiness and success in people’s lives is in their minds. and she decided to qualify as a solution-focused hypnotherapist.
Helen is passionate about helping people to realise their potential by tapping into the power of their minds. Helen experienced a life-changing insight on connecting her subconscious to the conscious mind in her quest to reactive her body and learn to walk again.
Kaat did her training at the Clifton Practice in London for the HPD in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy – the gold standard in hypnotherapy – and continues to learn, be curious about and explore how she can help and support more people to lead happier, freer and fuller lives.
Michal has always been passionate about personal development, neuroscience and the unlimited power of the subconscious mind. This is why he decided to become a professional clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist.
