Whether you are training for a marathon, recovering from injury, or simply needing to relax and release unwanted tension, Irek will help you become more aware of your postural alignment and muscle imbalances, to optimise your physical health and wellbeing.
Irek teaches group mat classes, and private/semi private equipment pilates. He is also available for 1:1 pilates sessions, personal training, and remedial sports massage.
