A Typical Session
Before a coaching journey begins a free 30min face to face or online consultation is offered to help you meet the coach and go through any issues and aspirations one would like to work with, including what client feels comfortable with. Follow up sessions are based on providing a supportive space for clients from which a clear plan of action towards achieving objectives is devised. The main goal of these objectives is to help clients gain clarity on their needs, values and greater vision for the future.
