Vinyasa Flow Yoga, often described as a moving breathing meditation, is a dynamic breath-focused practice. Expect a strong class that utilises sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuous, organic flow. Alina will provide variations to cater for yogis of all levels – from new yogis to advanced practitioners.

To finish the day, Alina will lead you through a series of breathing exercises and gentle yoga stretches, allowing your mind and body to fully integrate the amazing work you have done.

To fully enjoy the benefits of the retreat, we recommend not consuming alcohol on Friday night and to refrain from eating breakfast on Saturday morning. Nutritious, freshly made vegetarian lunch is included. Water and selection of herbal teas is available throughout the day as well.
