vinyasa flow yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga, often described as moving breathing meditation, is a dynamic breath-focused practice. Expect a strong class that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuous, organic flow. Alina will provide variations to cater to yogis of all levels – from new yogis to advanced practitioners.
self – awareness workshop
Alina’s workshops are designed for individuals seeking self-improvement, self-development, and self-awareness, and provide a powerful vehicle for change. Delve into your deeper self through a carefully curated series of personal challenges, partnered activities, and group discussions. Alina creates a safe, inclusive space to experience profound breakthroughs and pivotal self-realizations.
vision board workshop
Become the best version of yourself this year – create your own vision board and transform your dreams into action. This vision board workshop will give you clarity on your goals and intentions. Start transforming your dreams into action. You don’t need to be arty, it’s for everyone!
gong bath relaxation workshop
Designed to offer relaxation, emotional release, and pain relief, Tim will take you through 2 hours of healing through the calming sounds of Gongs. To finish the day, Tim will lead you through a series of relaxation meditation and mindfulness, allowing your mind and body to fully relax into an alpha-dominant or theta-dominant brainwave state, and appreciate all the amazing work you have achieved.
food & drink
To reap the maximum benefits of the retreat, we recommend not consuming alcohol on Friday night and refraining from eating breakfast on Saturday morning. Nutritious, freshly made vegetarian lunch is included. Water, as well as a selection of herbal teas, are available throughout the day as well.

Tim is a gong practitioner, musician, and facilitator. He graduated in music and went on to work in the entertainment industry and as a community musician working with the homeless and young people. During this time he also studied hypnotherapy.
In 2010 he was introduced to the gong and was immediately entranced. Initial study with the College of Sound Healing led to the realisation that the field of sacred sound was the perfect fit for his past experience, as a musician, working with people and his interest and deep love of the esoteric. He continued to deepen his knowledge in the way of the gong with multiple trainings with Gong Masters Don Conreaux and Aidan Mcintyre and takes the approach that it is life long learning.
He currently works with the gong, drum, and other instruments delivering events, workshops, and training. He aims to approach his work with deep care and a sense of playfulness.
