Annabelle is a qualified Osteopath who also offers Sports/Deep tissue massage, tailored sports and injury rehabilitation advice, and is a Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of self-practice and teaching experience.
Annabelle has a wealth of experience treating clients with a diverse range of problems, from work place aches, pains, stress and tension to post-surgical rehabilitation – and has a particular passion for treating sports injuries or helping to support athletes training for specific events. She has
worked with a diverse range of both professional and amateur athletes across multiple disciplines including rugby, golf, tennis, marathon runners and yoga students and teachers, helping them to diagnose issues and supporting them through the treatment, management and rehabilitation cycles from injury. She also worked as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to working with West End Dancers.
Annabelle also offers massage, integrating her knowledge and skills as an osteopath into her treatments, providing clients with a way to relieve stress and tension and to also address underlying problems, pains or injury. Working collaboratively with a great team of other therapists including physiotherapists, osteopaths, acupuncturists and pilates teachers and using the combined skills of her own yoga, massage and Osteopathy disciplines, Annabelle offers her clients a comprehensive and holistic approach to health and helps to formulate the best rehabilitation and treatment programmes for her clients.
