If you are new to pilates, it helps to go to a class that is easier to follow or is designed for beginners.
We have given all of our classes a rating from 1-2 so that you can identify which is best for you!
These classes are suitable for all levels of Pilates experience, including complete beginners.
Some previous experience of Pilates would be helpful before attending these classes. Beginners are welcome to join too, as we always give modifications for beginners!

Pilates Level 1-2
In Pilates Level 1-2, each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness, flexibility, or age you are, this class will blend contemporary Pilates with exercise variations, and you can expect modifications and alterations adjusted to your level.
Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations and injuries, so everyone in the class can feel the key benefits, such as: developing core, improving coordination, posture, and balance.
Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.
In Pilates Reformer, each class will focus on improving your strength and flexibility. The Pilates Reformer machine will enable you to work on your balance, alignment, core strength and muscle tone through adjusting to suit your individual strength and flexibility.
This class can assist you with the use of your diaphragmatic breathing to organise the body’s posture through coordinated movements with a strong focus on postural control.
Pilates Reformer classes are best for individuals looking to achieve core stability and good postural alignment.
