We all know that 2020 has been a year for the books. Through our self-hypnosis for relaxation course, you can take back control and make 2021 a year of calm and positivity.

In this course, you will find out what causes us to behave in a certain way and learn how you can start getting back on top of things in 2021. You will get out of the grip of this vicious negative circle and make the changes to a happier and more relaxed self, step by step. You will also get to enjoy the benefits of the hypnotic trance in each session to help you in the process!

During our course, you will learn from Joanna Kudzielka, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, how to make positive life changes.

She will guide you through a relaxing hypnotic trance in each session.

What do I need?

For any self-hypnosis, all you really need is yourself! But, having a comfy spot to go into trance is very helpful.

Please download Zoom beforehand by clicking here. We encourage you to have a quiet, comfortable spot where you won’t be distracted. A pillow and blanket to keep yourself cozy is also recommended.

When and Where?

Classes will run every Tuesday evening from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Joanna started her journey into the world of alternative therapies by becoming a massage therapist in 2005. Over the years she has realized that the key to happiness and success in people’s lives is in their minds. Having experienced profound changes in her own life using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, she decided to qualify as a solution-focused hypnotherapist and psychotherapist with Clifton Practice in London in order to help others find their happiness.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is an effective therapy that uses relaxation, visualization, and trance to bring about positive and measurable changes in every session. Being able to witness positive shifts and changes in her clients’ lives is the most rewarding aspect of her job.
