This Couple’s Yoga Workshop will be all that you need for your Valentine’s Day celebration. Led by Senior Yoga Teacher, Alina Bialek, you will be guided through some gentle yoga, breathing exercises, stretches, and meditation, deepening your beautiful connection with your partner.
Alina, also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist, will also take you through couples development exercises, allowing you to get to know your partner in a new way
This workshop will be a beautiful balance of mind and body exercises, and a great way to bond with your partner.
Absolutely no experience is necessary! All you need is yourself, your partner, and a yoga mat.
Who Is This Workshop For?
Couples of any level are invited to join our Couple’s Yoga Workshop! This workshop is for beginners and regular practitioners alike. The yoga will be gentle, relaxing, and easy flowing.
What do We Need?
1. Yoga mat or towel
2. 2 blocks and a strap (optional)
3. Knee pads or cushions (if you have knee problems, this is essential)
4. Zoom (optional) – you can download Zoom beforehand by clicking here.
What Are The Benefits Of Couple’s Yoga?
Our Couple’s Yoga Workshop will be beneficial in many ways – it’s a healthy activity that builds trust and connection. Throughout the workshop, you will be physically connecting with your partner during practice and using special connection techniques.
You will lift and support each other physically and mentally, have fun, learn some new tricks, and spend quality, connected time together.
Meet the teacher
Senior Yoga Teacher
Alina has been teaching yoga since 2010 and is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a Senior Yoga Teacher. Alina’s approach to teaching is fun, inspiring, and will push you to do the absolute best you can. She will guide and support you through your individual yoga journey and take you deeper into the practice.
With Alina, you will focus on gentle yoga, stretching, breathing exercises, meditation, and relationship development with your partner.
