About Yoga Beginners Course

When you are new to Yoga, jumping right into group classes can be a bit intimidating. That’s why we have our Yoga Beginners Course – to take the stress out of being in an unfamiliar place.

Sandra’s 6 Week Yoga Beginners Course is the perfect place for complete beginners or for those who practice occasionally.

This course is the ideal way to begin your practice and discover yoga in a safe environment. It is suitable for anyone looking to begin their journey with yoga or simply to revisit its fundamentals.

At the end of the 6 weeks, you will have gained a deeper understanding of Yoga, the relaxing benefits, and the confidence to join a group class!

Is this the right course for me?

This course is for you if you’re a total beginner to Yoga and would like to learn from scratch in a supportive environment with others who are also new to the practice!

This course is also for you if you’ve been practicing Yoga but would like to return to the fundamentals of Yoga under the watch of a qualified teacher.

What’s will I learn?

In this course you will learn the basics of yoga.

You will be introduced to fundamental yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfullness methods. The course is also designed to build confidence, improve concentration, body and breath awareness and provide simple tools to keep your mind in the present moment. 

Sandra will guide you through each session including hands on adjustments to enhance posture, helping you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness along the way.

All equipment is provided in our lovely studio at Integrity Centre Liverpool street.

Ensure you wear comfortable, unrestricing sports clothing.

Yoga Teacher

Last year, Sandra completed the 200hr yoga teacher training, participated in OM Yoga Show 2023 with Integrity Centre, assisted her Senior Teacher’s class on the main stage, and helped with the logistics. She also shared her knowledge in over 50hrs of classes – private, online, and in-person. She has been a student apprentice to Alina Bialek, whom she continues to study from and assist. She has deep gratitude towards all her teachers, past and present, who have inspired and supported her journey.

Sandra believes in empowering and supporting her students to reach their fullest potential, through her classes, which are based on vinyasa yoga – a dynamic flow that connects breath, movement, concentration, and mindfulness. Her classes are designed for all levels. She provides asana (pose) variations, hands-on-adjustments to help you with the body alignment & getting the best out of each pose, as well as a head massage for deep relaxation at the end. You can expect a sweaty and deep experience.
