About the Mini Retreat
This 1.5hr Vinyasa Flow Yoga Mini Retreat at The Shard is for students of all levels who are looking to start the New Year with an epic and once-in-a-lifetime experience! In the Mini Retreat, Alina will guide you through a dynamic breath-focused practice. Expect a strong class that utilises sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuous, organic flow. Alina will provide variations to cater to yogis of all levels – from new yogis to advanced practitioners.
You will start with breathing exercises to enhance your focus on linking your breath with your movements and flowing through poses strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. You will then focus on engaging the core and improving stamina, strength, and flexibility while synchronizing Ujjayi breath with movement.
This Mini Retreat is designed to improve your cardio as this yoga style features a constant motion and rhythmical movement, helping you to connect your body and mind and relieve any stress and anxiety that you may have.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga, often described as moving breathing meditation, is a dynamic breath-focused practice. With Alina, you will focus on learning the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. You will be safely guided through postures (asanas), body alignment, sun salutations (Surya Namaskar), and breathwork (pranayama)! Her years of experience teaching complete beginners in group and private settings will help you to develop your yoga practice in a safe environment.

Alina teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga in 1:1 setting to clients who prefer more individually tailored approach, which helps gain complete understanding and mastery of postures

Senior Yoga Teacher
Alina has been teaching yoga since 2010 and is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a Senior Yoga Teacher, having taught thousands of hours of Yoga classes. Alina’s approach to teaching is fun, inspiring, and will push you to do the absolute best you can. She will guide and support you through your individual yoga journey and take you deeper into the practice.
Alina is well experienced – she has opened multiple Yoga studios throughout London and has managed Yoga Teacher Training programs for Stewart Gilchrist.
