What our students say…
I just say just do it!
“.. I work full time, in a bank, around the corner to the studio, and I have two children, they’re 11 and 16. But I’ve managed to fit this in around all of my other priorities in my life, and I’m just absolutely loving it. I’m like a kid in a sweet shop with every sort of subject we learn about at the teacher training weekends… The little group that we’ve got, my fellow students, we’ve all bonded really quickly. We’re all very encouraging of one another. There’s no judgment, we’re all on different journeys, and it’s absolutely fine. We’re in this safe space. So if you’re wondering whether to do it, or not, I just say Just do it. At Integrity Centre, it’s like you’re one of the family. You’re not going to regret doing it, so just do it.”
Louise, Junior Yoga Teacher
A personally transformative process
“.. If you are a prospective student looking to get into it, I would say absolutely go for it. We’ve gone into anatomy, philosophy, breathing exercises, every element really and we’re only a few months in so we’ve got a lot more to learn. You’re in completely safe hands throughout the whole process. And, I really think it’s a personally transformative process as well, not just learning about the yoga practice. You really push in your comfort zone and learn about yourself and what you need to develop in yourself. It had been something I was thinking about doing for a while and hadn’t committed to it, so if this is your sign to do so then I would 100% recommend you take the next step of your yoga journey.”
Sarah, Junior Yoga Teacher
Builds your confidence, your stamina, and your knowledge
“.. I thoroughly, thoroughly enjoy every part of it so far. The weekends are packed with incredible information, subjects, and practicals and they push you in a really, really good way. It builds your confidence, your stamina, and your knowledge in such a comfortable, fun and enriching way. I couldn’t really say anything other than it’s a great course. It’s so worth doing if you can, and for many, many reasons, but for me personally, it has pulled me out of all kinds of different comfort zones and in a really good way. So thank you to the Integrity Centre!”
Sarah-Jane, Junior Yoga Teacher
“If I’m going to do my Yoga Teacher Training, it’s going to be with Alina”
“I regularly teach my own classes at Integrity Centre”
“I have a full-time job and I was able to fit my training into my busy schedule”
Emma, Junior Yoga Teacher
