Meet the Teaching Team
Senior Yoga Teacher
Saori has been studying, practicing, and teaching yoga across London in gyms, studios, and health clubs over the past 10 years. An experienced teacher, she holds the highest level of certification by the Yoga Alliance Professionals – Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT) and Yoga Alliance (US) E-RYT-500.
Saori has undergone thousands of hours of training with some of the world’s most well known teachers, which has led her to bring her passion into teaching, offering 15-20 group classes per week, private tuition for both beginners and advanced practitioners, training immersions for existing teachers, and now, her 200hr yoga teacher training.
Saori teaches at Integrity Centre in London and is one of London’s leading yoga teachers. She brings an in-depth knowledge of anatomy into her teachings through her training as an Ayurveda massage therapist. She also helps students to develop their knowledge of the philosophy and history of yoga, yoga anatomy, and to deepen their physical asana practice by regularly leading retreats, workshops and trainings in the UK and internationally.
Saori’s style is very unique, taking inspiration from each teacher as her practice has evolved. Her yoga journey began in Ashtanga back in 2002. After exploring various schools of Yoga, she found herself always coming back to Ashtanga, connecting with its structure, philosophy, and spiritual practice. While she enjoys the structure of Ashtanga, she also enjoys the playful and fun aspect of Rocket and brings the combination of both to her students.
Saori is dedicated to continuously disciplining her body. Committed to her advanced physical Asana practice, she dedicates 2-3 hours per day to her self-practice and has been progressing under the guidance of Eileen Gauthier.
Saori is a registered SYT teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance Professionals.

Her yoga journey began when she managed and opened a number of yoga and wellbeing studios in London leading her to opening her own studio, Integrity Centre. Here, she teaches online and in studio, group and private classes, beginner courses, workshops, retreats, and her own yoga teacher training.
Alina has a deep passion for the wellness industry and helping others. Pairing this with her extensive experience, she will be covering the yoga business aspect of the teacher training.
What our students say…
I just say just do it!
“.. I work full time, in a bank, around the corner to the studio, and I have two children, they’re 11 and 16. But I’ve managed to fit this in around all of my other priorities in my life, and I’m just absolutely loving it. I’m like a kid in a sweet shop with every sort of subject we learn about at the teacher training weekends… The little group that we’ve got, my fellow students, we’ve all bonded really quickly. We’re all very encouraging of one another. There’s no judgment, we’re all on different journeys, and it’s absolutely fine. We’re in this safe space. So if you’re wondering whether to do it, or not, I just say Just do it. At Integrity Centre, it’s like you’re one of the family. You’re not going to regret doing it, so just do it.”
A personally transformative process
“.. If you are a prospective student looking to get into it, I would say absolutely go for it. We’ve gone into anatomy, philosophy, breathing exercises, every element really and we’re only a few months in so we’ve got a lot more to learn. You’re in completely safe hands throughout the whole process. And, I really think it’s a personally transformative process as well, not just learning about the yoga practice. You really push in your comfort zone and learn about yourself and what you need to develop in yourself. It had been something I was thinking about doing for a while and hadn’t committed to it, so if this is your sign to do so then I would 100% recommend you take the next step of your yoga journey.”
Builds your confidence, your stamina, and your knowledge
“.. I thoroughly, thoroughly enjoy every part of it so far. The weekends are packed with incredible information, subjects, and practicals and they push you in a really, really good way. It builds your confidence, your stamina, and your knowledge in such a comfortable, fun and enriching way. I couldn’t really say anything other than it’s a great course. It’s so worth doing if you can, and for many, many reasons, but for me personally, it has pulled me out of all kinds of different comfort zones and in a really good way. So thank you to the integrity centre!”
