The 10-month Integrity Centre Yoga Teacher Training is offered in a blended format of in-person teaching at the studio in London and online sessions through Zoom. We cover all you need to become a successful yoga teacher including the practice of asanas, yoga philosophy & history, yoga anatomy, sequencing, and teaching techniques.

This foundation course is a 10 month (200 hours) training program spread over 10 weekends. Suitable for those who are looking to transition into the role of a teacher, as well as those who may wish to simply deepen their own practice. Students will be given the tools, skills, and knowledge to establish their own successful yoga business. Offered in a blend of face-to-face and online sessions.
