Integrity centre offers a variety of yoga options so that everyone. From beginners courses where you can focus on yoga fundamentals, through weekly dynamic flow yoga classes to retreats, private and corporate yoga sessions you can find something that suits your needs. We also pride ouirselves in training the best and confident yoga teachers on our 200hr vinyasa flow yoga teacher training.

Our teachers create a great sense of community whilst providing an excellent care to all levels of students.  You can expect seamless direction for yogis of all levels, safe variations for pregnancy and those with injuries, and inspirational guidance to ensure you walk out feeling lighter and brighter than when you walked in. We provide all the yoga equipment so you only need to bring an open mind and a willing body.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Our authentic Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are a dynamic combination of  breath (pranayama) whilst flowing in and out of sequence of postures (asanas) with an intentional focus (drishti) and meditation intended to calm the mind and challenge the body.

A Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is considered the most cardio-based yoga style; it features constant motion and rhythmical movement, which is ideal whole body workout to strengthen the muscles, improve mobility and range of movement as well as bring about a better body awareness.

Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays 6.00 – 7.15pm. 

Level 1-2

These classes are suitable for complete beginner, intermediate and advanced level students as modifications and variations of postures are given accoring to students’ levels. . It is the extensive experience and skill of our teachers that allows students of varied yoga experience practice in the same class. 

Beginners course

Yoga for Beginners is a great place to start if you’re completely new to yoga and want to build a strong foundation leading to more confidence when joining group yoga classes.

This course is the ideal way to begin your practice and discover yoga in a safe environment. Suitable for anyone looking to begin their journey with yoga or simply to revisit its fundamentals. Yoga for beginners course will take you through the basics of yoga including postures (asanas), sun salutations (surya namaskar) , breath work (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana).

Course content:
week 1 – sun salutation A, ujai breath & wellbeing awareness with scaling
week 2 – sun salutations B, standard standing poses & gratitude practice
week 3 – seated poses, posture alignment & mindfulness techniques
week 4 – backbends, inversions & bhandas
week 5 – meditation & breathing techniques
week 6 – general vinyasa flow yoga class taught to music

The foundation course is a 10 month (200 hours) training program spread over 10 weekends, allowing it to be fit into your schedule and is perfect for students who wish to deepen their understanding of the yoga practice as in a closely mentored program. Suitable for those who are looking to transition into the role of a teacher, as well as those who may wish to simply deepen their own practice. Students will be given the tools, skills, and knowledge to establish their own successful yoga business. Please email if you have any questions.
